What if I'm unavailable to coach?

Put your business on pause anytime by enabling 'Vacation Mode.' Vacation Mode temporarily prevents new clients from booking sessions with you while you're unavailable. If you're leaving town, going on vacation, or don't currently have time to coach, please take advantage of this feature.


 

 

Be sure to notify all of your clients who have sessions remaining with you if you have to go out of town or will be unavailable to complete training sessions with them for any period of time. 


Web (internet browser)

To enable Vacation Mode from desktop, visit the "Availability" tab of your dashboard, and click the "Enable Vacation Mode" button. You can disable this option at any time.


iOS App

To enable Vacation Mode from the iOS app, visit your "Profile" tab from your menu, then select the "Availability" tab. Scroll down to enable or disable Vacation Mode, then click the "Save" button. 


Android App

To enable Vacation Mode from the Android app, click the "Edit Profile" button next to your profile picture in your menu, then select the "Availability" tab. Scroll down to enable or disable Vacation Mode, then click the "Save" button.
