CoachUp's messaging feature helps athletes and parents communicate securely with coaches. Messages from you and responses from coaches go through a secure, private system that helps protect you and coaches from phishing and exploitation. Email communications for messages sent through CoachUp come from an anonymous CoachUp email address rather than personal email accounts.  

To ensure the safety of our community, we monitor and review all messages to remove spam, and any other harmful information. When your booking is finalized (and accepted), you and the coach will receive each other’s contact info.

If you would like to contact a coach, you can send them a message at any time by clicking the “Message Coach" button on the coach’s profile page. Your message will be emailed to the coach, and his or her response will be emailed back to you.
