How can I customize my alerts and reminders?

In the "Account" tab of your dashboard, you can scroll down to update your notification preferences. There you'll be able to control what we contact you about and also how we contact you. You can receive push notifications to our iPhone and Android apps, but we understand that you may wish to receive certain notifications via text message in addition to (or in lieu of) email and push notifications.

The "Notifications" section will be your control center for adjusting what types of notifications you receive and via which channels: email, push notification or text.
