Once a session has taken place, it is the coach’s responsibility to confirm that the session has been completed. You can do this from the “Sessions” tab of your dashboard on both the website and mobile app.
Please be aware that you should only mark a session as complete after the session occurs.
After a session is marked complete, a few things will happen simultaneously:
- Your client will receive your feedback on how the session went and what they need to keep working on
- The client will have an opportunity to leave you a review for your profile, if they haven't done so already
- Your Coach Score increases by 10 points, boosting your place in the Coach Leaderboard
- CoachUp will immediately begin processing your payment which will arrive in your bank account in 3-5 days.
