My client needs a refund for unused sessions. How is the refund processed?

Whether it be due to scheduling conflicts, difficulty finding a location, or it's just not the best fit, sometimes you just can't train with a client.

Your client probably wants to find a different coach to work with though. Or maybe they booked the wrong package with you, and you want them to rebook you at a different rate. Please feel free to direct your client here for instructions on how to receive a CoachUp credit to use to book another coach or book a different package with you.

You or your client can also reach out to us directly, and we'd be happy to transfer their sessions or provide them with a refund.
