Due to high operational costs for Events, CoachUp is unable to offer a money-back guarantee for Events (including camps, clinics and classes). When registering for an Event, credit card payment will be processed immediately and therefore is non-refundable.

Should extenuating circumstances arise (the event was canceled, you booked the wrong event, etc.) please contact us directly and we'll make things right.
